Happy 1st Birthday Decoupage Card FrontCompleted by Susan Smith

With this design i first printed it out onto photo paper, then after cutting out all the elements, i placed the main design base onto the front of a light purple C5 card, then using 2mm sticky pads, i made up the design, this is a terrific design for a 1yr olds birthday, was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning once done.
