used an 8 x 8 square card Used gold mirror and an embossed card for first mat and layer attach to card with wet glue Then used a square die to make a mat and layer on Decoupage topper with silicon glue and attach to card with sticky fixers Embellishments used are organza ribbon with a small pear flower on bow and used mulberry flowers There is Happy Birthday on card This is a pretty topper and very cute
