With this design i placed a cream rosebud backing on a A5 card, then placed the main design base at the top of the card, i built up the decoupage, and to finish off added two little purple crystal flowers to the top right and bottom left of the design, and then added a heart shaped sentiment saying happy birthday,to the bottom right to finish off.
