This Girl Loves to Shop Dl Card with DecoupageCompleted by Susan Smith

With this design i first printed it out onto photo paper, then after cutting out all the elements, i placed the main design base onto the front of a cream DL card, i then made up the design, this i did using 2m sticky pads, this is a terrific design, a design for all ages, was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning when done.
