Teenage Birthday Card or Special OccasionCompleted by Christine Easey
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Teenager
I printed this onto a good quality photo card to give it a nice sheen, and after cutting out all the elements I layered them using foam pads.
I outlined the flowers with a fine glue pen before using a fine silver glitter dust on them.
Finishing off with a dark purple silk bow.
