Teen Diva the Perils of Deciding What to WearCompleted by Shelagh E Osborn Wright

I printed onto smooth card and cut out the parts. I covered a C5 card with navy embossed paper. I matted the main image on white shimmer paper and attached to the card with DST. I decoupaged with foam pads.

I edged the bow and greetings with star dust stickles and added touches of orange stickles to the highlights. I added glossy accents to a few details and some diminute blue gems, also a tiny pearl for the earphone.

I completed the card with silver corners and added the matching insert, cup523287_1209. A great, fun card. It's curious how Teen Divas' seem to be the same the world over,lol!!
