Teddy Bear Cupcakes Card Front with DecoupageCompleted by Susan Smith

With this design i first printed it out onto photo paper, then after cutting out all the elements i placed the main design base onto the front of a pale yellow C5 card, then i added a silver border all round the outside edges of the design, i finished my card by making up the design, using 2mm sticky pads, this is really a beautiful design, to celebrate a birthday, was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning once done.
