Teddy Bear Cupcakes Blank Card Front with DecoupageCompleted by Susan Smith

With this design i first printed it out onto photo paper, then after cutting out all the elements, i placed the main design base onto the front of a pink C5 card, i then added a silver border all round the outside edges of the design, to finish my card i made up the design, this i did using 2mm sticky pads and i added a pink happy birthday just above the bear, this is a beautiful design for young and old alike, was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning once done.
