Printed onto 150gsm glossy photo paper. I mounted the base layer onto an A5 card blank using DST and built up the decoupage and text plates using silicone gel.

I printed the design onto quality photo paper, cut it out and decoupaged the pieces. I matted a paper doiley onto a black square card base and layered the image over it to one side, as shown.
I added pewter button embellishments and a banner sentiment.
To complete it I used glitter highlights and silver peel-offs to create a border. This wonderful design could be useful for many different occasions.
