I printed sheet on glossy photo paper. Cut out main picture and all elements. I attached the main picture to a 7 x 7 blue card blank with dst and edged the card and picture with gold border peel offs.

Before layering the decoupage using foam pads I glittered round the edges of the dress, flowers. balloon and ribbon on the hat.

To finish this delightful design I added blue heart gems to the top two corners of the picture, two oval blue gems to the bottom two corners, pink gems to the flowers on the hat and a small butterfly on the flowers.
