I printed sheet on glossy photo paper and cut out main picture and elements. I attached the main picture to a beige 7 x 7 card blank with dst and edged both the card and picture with gold peel offs and corners.
Before attaching the decoupage I glittered the edges of the dress, balloon and ribbon on the hat. To finish I added glitter gem flowers to each corner of the picture, gems to the flowers on the hat and both sentiments.
A really cute, quick and easy design to cut out and make up.
Printed onto Crafty Bobs matte paper and mounted the topper onto an A5 scalloped card blank with a mat of co-ordinating paper.I cut out just part of the 2nd decoupage layer and added it all using glue gel and embellished with some chenille lilac flowers with yellow gems in the centre...such a very pretty design.
