Printed out onto white card and cut out all the elements. I placed the base image onto a white 8 x 8 scallop edge card using d.s tape and then added the remaining pieces using foam pads.
There is no sentiment to this card.
My customer will have the choice of sentiment and name and even a number to be attached to the balloon if they so wish.
The insert will read With Love & Best Wishes.
I printed the sheet on to 160gsm card and cut out the topper and decoupage. I mounted the topper on to orange pearlescent paper, then on to an 8x8 inch card using DST. I added the decoupage with foam pads adding the bow to the little girl's hair for fun!
I finished by covering the balloon with Glossy Accents to give it a shine.
