Princess and Friends Topper and DecoupageCompleted by Jane Wells
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Daughter
Printed onto photo card, I cut out and layered the design using 3d foam pads. I matted onto raspberry paper/black card from my craft box and added a peel off 'happy birthday', pearls and a paper rose.
Such a pretty card, perfect for the little princess!
