Printed out onto white card and cut out all the elements. Stuck bookmark to another piece of white card with d/s tape and attached a handmade blue tassel to finish. Attached the base picture to the main card with d/s tape and then fixed the decoupage pieces with foam pads.
Added gold peeloff speckles to finish.
