I printed some words on the blank tags, and then printed this card top onto gloss photo paper, I used foam squares to do the decoupage, and

I used DST. to mount onto a printed cup cake card stock, that I folded to make the card, I used a punch to decorate the corners, and I added glitter, to highlight different toys, and the centers of the stars, I used,

with a printed verse, as an insert to complete the card.

This card top is very pretty.
