Little Girl in Lilac DecoupageCompleted by Susan Smith

This design is great for any little girl, i placed a lilac and pink backing on a a5 card, then added the base of the design at the top of the card, leaving a space at the bottom for the happy birthday sentiment, i then built up the decoupage, to finish i placed two pink wavy borders to each side of the design and placed a bow top right.
