Inner Tube Girl - A5 Decoupage Card - Green & Cyan BlueCompleted by Susan Smith

With this design i first printed it out onto photo paper, then after cutting out all the elements, i placed the main design base onto the front of a green C5 card, i then made up the design, this i did using 2mm sticky pads, this is a terrific design for any young girls birthday, was very easy to cut and ake up and is stunning once done.
