Have a Sweet Birthday My Little Cupcake Card Front + DecoupaCompleted by Susan Smith

With this design i first printed it out onto glossy photo paper, to bring out all the colours more, then after cutting out all the elements, i placed the main design base onto the front of my card, then added a silver border all round the outside edges, to finish my card i then made up the design this i did using 2mm sticky pads, this is a terrific design to wish a youngster a happy birthday, was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning when done.
