Have a Hoot of a Day Girl CardCompleted by Joyce Watson

I printed this sheet on to glossy photo paper and cut out. Made a white 7 x 7 card with fancy edges then added lace down one side. Attached the circle plate to this using DST, then added the decoupage with glue gel.

Added a few silver peel off gem dots around the card and finished with pink card candi on two corners.
