I added the main image to a white DL card and fixed a length of digi ribbon from cup81997_172 Bright Pink Digi Ribbons down the right hand side.

I added some clear glittery peel off borders to the ribbon.

I then added the layers on sticky pads and used a black sakura glaze pen to accentuate the balloon strings.
