A bright card front of a little girl in the rain with her umbrella & wellington boots. She is surrounded by a frame of pretty yellow flowers. Would make a lovely card for a little girls birthday as they all love to splash in puddles!

I cut out all the different pieces .I attached the card front to a card blank.I then decoupaged the different elements.I added a gem fo rthe umbrella top and added peel off words.A lovely. colourful card!
