Fairy & Toadstool Gingham Topper & Decoupage - Special GirlCompleted by Margaret Swann
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Girl
I printed this on plain card and cut out the decoupage which I then layered up using foam pads. I added pink glitter to the edges using double sided tape (3 mm.) and mounted the finished piece on a white card blank.
A really pretty card for any little girl.
