Printed onto photo paper, cut out and then decoupaged with foam pads, I stuck dst on the back of the topper and attached a lace frill around the edge.
I then attched to my card blank with dst and cosmic shimmer glue.
I made a matching flower and some die cut greenery and then finished with some pearl gems. Great for a little girls birthday.

I printed onto photo paper then printed the flowers again, enlarging them. I placed onto 7x7 cardstock with double sided tape and then decoupaged the pieces with sticky tabs. A little bit of glitter glue in the right places and you have a really cute card.
