Elegant MissCompleted by Diane Vermeer
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Female
Printed onto gloss Photo paper. After cutting out the elements I used DST to attach the main element onto a Black Matt and used DST to attach it all to a red card.
I used foam pads to attach the Decoupage.
Used silver glitter around the frame and ornament behind the girl. This is a an elegant card, and could be used for different occasions.
