Printed onto gloss photo paper. DST was used to attach the Topper to a white textured card. Foam pads were used to add the Decoupage layers. Pearls were stuck to her shoes.

I stuck a white bow to the top and stuck a pink gem in the middle of the bow. A lovely design.
