Curly Top Card Front with DecoupageCompleted by Rae Trees
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Daughter
I printed the design on good quality matte photo paper and attached the base to a white card. I rounded the corners of the design to match the shape of my card. I decoupaged the elements with silicone glue and added one of the sentiments . Great design.
Lovely bright, cheery design.
