I printed this sheet off on quality photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I stuck gold ribbon around and to the back, following the design, plus a bow. Then I mounted it on mirror gold, decal edged card, using foam pads.

Then glued it to my pink pearlised card front. I added a peel-off boarder sticker down the spine edge and some more gold ribbon. To finish a used sillicone glue to attach a pink button and used stickles glitter glue on the cupcake.
