I printed out sheet onto matt photo-paper, cut out and attached base to a scalloped edge white square card, added decoupage with foam pads and finished with deep pink gems to three corners and nail polish bottle.
A great design.
I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to a card. Layered all elements. Added gems and a sentiment. A gorgeous design.
