I printed this sheet onto good quality photo paper and cut out all the parts. I attached the main picture to a card blank and added the decoupage elements with foam pads. I also added a diamante to the bow and glitter to the cake and number.

Printed onto good quality card then matted the image onto my card blank using DST and added the layers using 1mm foam pads.
Didn't add any of my usual embellishments to this as its for a 2 year old and didn't want there to be any choking hazards.
