Birthday Butterflies and Balloons Card Front and DecoupageCompleted by Andrea Chapman

This is such a cute design and ideal for when any of my pupils girl pupils have a birthday! I pinted onto 200gsm photo gloss paper, cut out and decoupaged all the elements, then matted onto pail yellow glitter card.

I then made a bright yellow frame stepper card, placed the design onto the middle 'frame' and edged with red border peeloffs. on one side of the stepper I added blue holographic swirly card and edged wih red wavy border peeloffs then added 3 felt butterflies, on the other side I added the same blue swirly holographic card edged with wavy red peeloffs and added two bright yellow layered flowers. on the base I added the age 6 ( as I already have someone in mind) and using white letter peeloffs made the word TODAY.
