Wonderful BirthdayCompleted by Irene Woods

I printed the sheet onto lightweight card and cut out the elements, before using DST to attach the base image to my card blank.

I then used glue gel to build up the decoupage layers and to add one of the tags.

Finally I used coloured glitter glue to highlight the flowers and the butterflies.
