I made the card base by printing cup298304_703 onto an A4 sheet and folding in half.To matt the topper onto the card base i used 3d foam tape for extra dimension and used glue gel to build the decoupage elements.This beautifully feminine design didn't need a lot of embellishing so i simply added a co-ordinating organza bow and some pearls.Just gorgeous!
