Victorian RoseCompleted by Valerie Spowart
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Mum
I printed out sheet onto matt photopaper, cut out elements and attached base to square white card with DST, added decoupage with foam pads, highlighted outlines of roses with clear glaze, star dust stickles to butterflies and finished with gold ribbon down spine and card candy to corners.
A beautiful versatile design.
