I printed and cut out this file and stuck the base card on to card stock. I then assembled the decoupage on to the card.
 I decoupaged the elements with silicone glue and added the sentiment. Lovely design.){kind=link}

I printed the design on good quality matte photo paper and attached the base to white die cut mat and than to a supposed to be pale mauve card ( It's photographed darker than it is) I decoupaged the elements with silicone glue and added the sentiment.
