Quilted Satin 3Completed by Valerie Spowart
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Floral
I printed out sheet onto matt photo-paper, cut out and attached base to a 7x5in white card, added toppers and decoupage with foam pads and finished with clear glaze to flower centres and diamond and oblong shapes on lower centre band, and a greetings tile.
A lovely design in beautiful colours.
