I printed the design on good quality matte photo paper and attached the base to a white punched card stock and then onto a pink card.
I added the insert to the inside of the card and decoupaged the elements with silicone glue. A beautiful cute design.
I printed the sheet onto satin photo paper. Cut out the main picture and layered it onto some blue card and then a white card blank. The decoupage was added using foam pads. A die cut sentiment was also added to the card.
