I printed onto matte photo paper ,cut out all elements,I took a blank scalloped card and matted with a toning textured card then added the base design to the side and built the decoupage with foam pads,I finished by adding a pale pink ribbon and added pearl bows and a greeting,Makes a stunning finished card.
