Lovely Watercolor Peonies Birthday Topper (Purple Damask)Completed by Joan Prince

Printed out two copies and cut out the elements from one. I placed the base image onto a white 7 x 7 scallop edge card using d.s tape. I then carefully removed the centre panel from the second sheet. I placed this panel and the remaining pieces onto the card using foam pads. The remaining frame from the second copy has then been placed inside the card as the insert. The white showing through the aperture can then be used by my customer to write their own message.
