Lovely Watercolor Flowers Birthday TopperCompleted by Valerie Spowart
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Floral
I printed out sheet onto matt photo-paper, cut out and attached base to pearlescent pink/lilac card, then to a scalloped edge white square card, added topper and decoupage with foam pads and finished with a pink/lilac satin bow.
A lovely design.
