I printed this onto glossy photo paper, I printed an extra page, so I could use the roses for the 3D effect. and cut out all the elements.
The picture is built up with silicone glue.
The whole picture then is mounted on light blue satin paper and that in turn onto dark blue card stock.
I added small gems in the corners. A beautiful card when made up.
