Happy Birthday- Roses and LaceCompleted by Carolyn Norris
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Female
Print sheet out onto good quality cardstock and cut out. Decoupage with foam pads and adhere to a matching navy card base slightly larger than the card topper. I rounded ther two outside corners of the card base and edged with gold embossing.
What a beautiful card to say "Happy Birthday".
