This beautiful topper with decoupage pieces has vivid colours, glittery tulips inside the frame and soft colours as well. Blank scroll tag included for your message. Scrolls fit nicely across the bottom part of the cameo without coveringup the tulips. Cameo has a frosted glass effect.

The sheet was printed onto matt photo paper and the base image matted with purple mirror card and a gold paper then attached to an A5 white linen card.
The decoupage was assembled with 2mm and 1mm foam pads...to embellish I added a purple ribbon..glitter glue on the butterfly..gold peel-off corners and sentiment.
The design makes a really lovely card.
