I cropped this design into two parts. I printed the front of the card onto good quality photographic paper and the insert onto 120gsm paper and cut these out.

I scored and folded a square card. I attached the design front to the card using double sided tape.

I added the swirl border using thin foam tape. I cut away the white card visible at the top and bottom of the design. I attached the insert to the inside of the card using double sided tape. I added one of the greetings to the inside of the card using double sided tape.
