I printed the design on good quality photo paper and attached the base to a punched lace edging than to a blue shimmer card.
I decoupaged the elements with silicone glue, added a sentiment and two small pearls.
Lovely design, it can be a small card or a bit bigger one. I'm really happy with the finished card.
