Blue Floral Shoes with Roses Cameo Decoupage TopperCompleted by Allen Bowen

I printed onto glossy photo card. I die cut a square from deep blue card then die cut rose corners before mounting onto a white card blank using DST.

I assembled the decoupage using 2mm foam pads.

I added glitter peel off numbers to the centre then finished with deep blue & white organza bows topped with a white card candy.
