Blue Floral BirthdayCompleted by Sheila Horne

Printed onto glossy photo paper, cut out and decoupaged with foam pads. Placed a pale blue backing paper onto a card, then a navy pearlised card which I punched a fancy edge on.

Attached the design to white card leaving a small edge showing, placed this onto the card, added some pale blue pearls to top corners.

Very pretty design.
