Printed onto gloss photo paper. DST was used to attach the topper to a white card. Foam pads were used to attach the decoupage.

I cut a strip off the foam pads and stuck only the middle of the Butterflies down, so that when the wings are lifted it gives the illusion of flight.

A large pearl and then smaller pearl gems were stuck to the middle of the wings. A very pretty, delicate design.
