Happy Birthday Mum
A very pretty card which has decoupaged flowers giving a lovely 3D effect. It has a mock metallic fancy metallic frame. It will fit an 8x8" frame or can be resized. I made it on an scalloped card which suits the design very well. I hope you enjoy making it.

I mounted the base onto an 8x8" scalloped card and edged it with silver border trim. After mounting the flowers I edged the petals with silver glitter glue and also frosted the blue scroll lines with the glitter.
I'm very pleased with the result.
