Vintage Rose Dl Card with Toppers and DecoupageCompleted by Peggy Stogdill

I reduced the size a bit as I wanted to use a 5" x 7" card. I layered pink paper, slightly narrower than my white card, then paper that I'd punched with two lacy edges (from cup422970_503), and finally, the base image, all added with dst.

The decoupage was added with foam pads in the large areas and silicone gel for the individual roses. Finished with some gold peel-off borders. Beautiful design!
