Vintage Lady and Pink Rose 7x7 Card with DecoupageCompleted by Diane Vermeer

Printed onto Crafty Bob Gloss Photo Paper. I cut out all the elements, and stuck the Topper to a cream Matte using DST, and then to a white 8 inch scalloped edge card.

Used Foam Pads to add Decoupage.

I used Pink glitter on parts of the Flowers, and a crystal in the middle of the Bow. A beautiful design.
